Job Description:
Broughton Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company’s growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with medical facilities and connecting potential customers to our sales representatives. As a valued member of our team, you will be rewarded with an hourly wage, along with the potential to earn additional income through a finders fee program.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Identify Potential Customers from our existing list of potential customers
- Conduct research and identify medical facilities
- Make outbound calls to medical facilities to introduce our company and products/services
- Assess the needs and requirements of potential customers
- Determine if the medical facility meets the criteria for a potential customer account
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with medical facilities
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to share relevant information and insights
- Research new potential accounts and add them to the database
- Maintain the CRM database
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Preferred, not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications are a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales support roles (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and medical terminology (preferred but not required)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate of $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
